The EU Home Team is charged through their Project Manager with executing the procurements assigned to Europe, in particular the control of their quality in design and manufacture.

It monitors JA procurements. It shares project integration with the JA Home Team and the Project Team, agreeing to the design specifications to the extent necessary to ensure proper interface of components, site integration, and satisfaction of regulatory constraints.
